How to add Other Services From customer booking orders?
We have launched the Other Services From booking Enhancement which allows you to add other services that provided to the customer order
Below is the list of other services that you can select while creating the customer booking order
- Clearance
- Cargo Insurance
- Empty Container insurance
There are four places where users can add the services as per the customer order requirement:
- While creating the customer booking order
- While allocating the carrier booking to customer booking order
- While updating the customer booking order
- After creating the shipment in Edit action
- While creating the customer booking order
- While allocating the carrier booking to customer booking order
- While updating the customer booking order
- After creating the shipment in the Shipment Edit action
