How to disable a customer

How to disable a customer Helps you disable a customer if your are no longer dealing with him Alok Patel

It might happen that you don't deal with a customer anymore and you don't need that name to pop-up every time while making your entries in the system.

In order to resolve that, you need to disable the customer in the system and it will no longer pop-up

• To go to Customer listing view in the finance module, In your dashboard, go to “Search Bar” and search “Customer List”

Following page will open will open up with List of all  customers already created

• Select the customer which you want to "Disable". For example- "A.K.LOGISTIC PVT. LTD." in this case
• Tick the check box of "Disabled" for the customer ( As shown in figure)

• Click on "Save" ( As shown in figure)

Your customer would be disabled
