How to download Air Shipment Reports?
How to download Air Shipment Reports? Shubham Pachori
Shipments / bookings flying today
- Go to air bookings and go to confirmed bookings tab (or you can goto MAWBs to be created report too)
- Click on drop down icon confirmed booking report tab (it appears in all report tabs) add column and rearranging column popup will open up
- Add/remove column as per your need on left side (as shown in screenshot)
- Drag and reorder selected columns on the right side (as shown in screenshot)
- Once you are done click on save
- Click on filters to apply filters as per your needs
- Now click on download report (there is max limit of 200 rows on download)
Shipments which departed today (Daily Shipment Report)
- Go to shipments and got to air export shipments ta
- Click on drop down icon confirmed booking tab add column and rearranging column popup will open up
- Add/remove column as per your need on left side (as shown in screenshot above)
- Drag and reorder selected columns on the right side (as shown in screenshot above)
