How to download sales invoice pending report ?
How to download sales invoice pending report ? Shubham Pachori
To get list shipments downloaded from system where sales invoice creation or income is yet to be recorded go to shipments tab from left side navigation bar
Air Shipments
- For air shipments go to Air option in the shipments drop down in left side navigation bar
- Then go to Sales Invoice Pending report tab
- Click on the dropdown icon to add/remove column in the report
- Click on the Filters Button to apply filters to get shipments which have departed yesterday (by applying filter in first flight date - for air export shipment) or which are arriving shortly (by applying filter on ETA date - for air import shipment)
- Click on download once you have applied the filters
Ocean Shipments
- For ocean shipments go to Ocean option in the shipments drop down in left side navigation bar
- Then go to Sales Invoice Pending report tab
- Click on the dropdown icon to add/remove column in the report
- Click on the Filters Button to apply filters to get shipments which have departed yesterday (by applying filter in ETD date - for ocean export shipment) or which are arriving shortly (by applying filter on ETA date - for ocean import shipment)
- Click on download once you have applied the filters
