How to perform MBL/HBL Unrelease(Reopen) Action?
Whoever has permissions for unrelase MBL/HBL Document they can perform these actions from the System by itself.
- Actions From MBL/HBL Unrelease:
- From Document Report Screen:
Once a Document is Released in the system then it will reflect in the Document section with MBL Reports as MBLs Released Tab and HBL Reports as HBL Released Tab. Here in the Action column you can see Actions Option. In this Option Click on Unreleased HBL/HBL. After Clicking, the Document is Getting Unreleased from Released Stage.
- From Document Editor Screen:
Once Document is Released in the system then in the Editor Screen it will reflect the same as Print Preview Screen. Here Top Right side of the editor you can see Document Actions button.In this Option Click on Unreleased HBL After Clicking Document is Getting Unreleased from Released Stage. - If User do not have Permission for Unrelease then Restrict:
