How to upload the Bank Statement?

Before the upload bank statement, please make sure your upload file is in proper formatted.

Example below is statement of HDFC Bank,

 

We have to make proper formatting and remove all header and footer details. And make it as simple as below,

 

 

Few Things to Make Sure

• Date format should be proper as per bank setup.
• Uploaded Format should be XLSX or CSV.
• If your statement having DR/CR column and value is like Dr. or Cr. in that case you must remove dot(.) from this value before uploading.

 

NOTE: We are recommend you to use “Save as” your excel file as CSV (Comma Deliminated) format and try to upload, which easily uploads your file without any formatting issues.

 

Go to Menu > Cash & Bank Management > Bank Reconciliation > Automated bank reconciliation with upload - Select the bank account which statement you want to upload and then click on Menu > Upload a Statement.

 

 

Upload the file and click on attach.

 

 

After successfully uploading of file, you will see the list of all bank transaction with details. You just click on submit button to upload the statement.
