No more manual category selections. Just start typing and see everything you need in one place. Whether you're looking for a company, a container, or a document number, Universal Search gets you there instantly.
🔸Reverse search
Don't have a reference on hand? Now problem! You can also reverse search by party details like shipper, consignee, overseas agent or customer and see the Shipment, Inquiry or Orders open against them. 
🔸Now Search Companies & Contacts
You can also search for a lead, customer, supplier or contact of any company along with inquiries & quotes using the new Search experience.
🔸A Better Look & Feel
Search is no longer limited to choosing from a dropdown it’s now a fully interactive experience. Results are now presented in a clean, easy-to-read table format.

  • Booking Placed milestone has been newly added in ocean export orders/shipments to track if booking has been made.
  • Automated Booking Confirmed milestone auto-completes once booking details are added or allocated marked with booking date.
  • Automated Booking Shared milestone auto-completes when the confirmation email is sent capturing date and time.
  • Automated SI Reminder Sent is now a new milestone, auto-updated when your team shares the SI/BL Draft Reminder.
Easily Identify Spot Bookings

To help your booking and customer service teams track rate types (Spot, RA #, or Named Account), we’ve added a Rate Type field in:

  • The Booking Detail section of Order & Shipment creation

  • The Basic Detail section of Carrier Booking

Consol Invoice Apportioning is Here

Managing cost and revenue allocation for consol shipments just got a major upgrade. In a consol job, expenses are typically booked on the master, while revenue is recorded at the house level.

Until now, splitting these accurately involved manual work, spreadsheets, and risk of mismatches in JP reports and financials.

The new Consol Apportioning update solves that by making apportioning systematic, configurable, and fully integrated.

🎯 What’s New:

  • LCL–FCL: Split Revenue by Volume or Equally
    Book expenses on the master, and let the system auto-split income across houses by volume (e.g., 30%-70%) or equally for flat charges like BL fees regardless of the volume.
  • FCL–FCL: Container Type-Based Cost Allocation
    When houses are linked to different container types (e.g., 20’ vs 40’), the system automatically detects type and splits charges accordingly, no manual matching needed.
  • Consolidated Invoice Generation
    Create consolidated sales or purchase invoices from the job screen in a few clicks ensures accuracy in JP reports and simplifies workflows.

Update Estimates in Bulk
