Charge Analysis Report
What are we trying to solve and how?
- This report will mainly provide users to see vertical charge wise report for sales person’s performance analysis and incentives calculations.
- This report provides the values in item currency. The report will give charges as vertical column groups instead of row expansion. Report will have compulsory filters of date range and either items or account ledgers have to be selected to generate the report.
- Below is the report shown having all filters provided.
- Report will show selected charge or ledger as column group, where each of the selected charge or ledger will show the income, expense
- Income and expense will be shown in their own currency when the “Show in Item Currency” option is selected.
- Margin will be shown in the item currency if only buy and sell are in the same currency.
- If the option is not selected, income and expense will be shown in the company currency. Margin too will be shown in company currency.
- Charge Name will show as column group including estimate amounts if “Show Estimates” applied in show/hide filter which will add up columns listed below:
- Est Income
- Est Expense
- Est Margin
- Report will show in estimate currency if both buy sell currency are same
- Report will show in INR if currency are different
- And in case multiple same charges are present in the same job with different currency, it will be shown in company currency.
- Report can be generated with both actual as well as the estimate amounts, which will show estimate as well as actual income/expense and margin total columns for the charge added.
