How to create Sales Quotation
Helps you create a template to import your charges to estimates or invoice Alok Patel

- On Dashboard, Go to “Explore” tab and select “Selling” from the options (as shown in Figure)
- Select “Quotation” under “Sales option" ( as shown in figure)
- Click on “NEW” to start cresting a new quotation template (as shown in figure)
Note:All the data would be auto filled such as series, Company, terms and conditions template.
- You have to manually add details: (as shown in figure)
- Name of your customer: Customer or general name by which you want to save this template to use regularly
- Validity date of your quotation: Date till which this template is valid with the given conditions
- Item & Quantity :Fixed Items of the template along with its quantity
- You can now set up the currency and details of your product.
- All tax and charges would be calculated in an automated way.
Note:You can edit if you wish to change any charge or template.
- Click on the “Save” and “Submit” to confirm
