How to Link Sales Person to a customer
Helps you link sales person or a group within the Sales team to a customer Alok Patel
In order to link a "Sales Person" or a "Sales Team" to a customer, you have to go to customer listing view
To go to customer listing view in the finance module, In your dashboard, go to “Search Bar” and search “Customer List”
- Select "Customer List" (as shown in figure)
Following page will open up:
This list shows a list of customers already created
- Select the customer to which you want to Link a Sales Person
For example, You want to link Sales person "Aarti" from "Customer Service" Team to "A.P.Associates"
- Click on "A P ASSOCIATES"
A P ASSOCIATES will open up with all the details
- Scroll down to "Sales Team Section"
- Click on "Add Row" (as shown in figure)
- Search for let say "Kinjal" in "Sales Person" box and select it.
- Enter contribution as 100 in "Contribution %" tab (MANDATORY)
Once you fill these details,Click on "Save"
