How to merge duplicate customers

How to merge duplicate customers Helps you merge two customers for the same Alok Patel

In case you have added duplicated customer and want to merge the same or you want to merge on customer with another, you need to perform the given procedure for it

  • On the dashboard, search for "Customer List" (as shown in figure)

Following page will open up with list of all customers already created (Refer figure)


Now, For example, you want to merge "A.S.Industries" with "A.P.Associates" (Refer Figure)

  • Click on "A.S. Industries" to open the saved details of A.S. Industries and Copy the name "A.S. Industries" (as shown in figure)
  • Now open the customer "A.P.Associates" from customer list and see the saved details page
  • Click on "A.P.Associates" name 

Following pop-up would show up in this section

You have to paste the name "A.S.Industries" in the "New Name" tab (as shown in figure)

Note:Remember to tick the check-box "Merge with Existing"

  • Click on "Rename"button (as shown in figure)

Customer "A.P.Associates" is now merged with "A.S.Industries"
