Reduce Quotation time with Rate Explorer

Since Rate Explorer works on reviewing trend from your previous quotes, if you have newly activated sales hub this feature will work better once you have built some initial quotes from start.


1. To use rate explorer click on Create Quotation

2. The rate explorer window will automatically open. The app will automatically select relevant smart filters basis your inquiry but you may refine further as needed. For this example we are selecting 'All Customers'.

3. From the previous quotations, choose the ones from which you'd like to copy the charges, you may also create single or multiple quotes at one go by selecting previous multiple quotes. In this example we are creating 2 quotes at one go.

4. Click on Copy & Create Quote Options

5. In case of different quantities the app will automatically alert you, for eg here the previous quote was for 1 container where as our inquiry contains 2. Click on Update to let the system change to correct quantity. To go to second quote click on 'Create & Next'

6. Click on Finish

Click on Finish

7. Voila! Here are the two quotes we created at one go!
