Unleash productivity and enhance your documentation team performance with significant improvements in our documentation suite

1. Switch HBL - No need to clone your HBLs anymore as a workaround to generate Switch BLs. Seamlessly generate switch BL with industry-standard compliant workflow handling.
   Your CS teams can now share Switch BL instructions (Switch BL Shipper, Consignee and Issuing agent) from the shipment stage itself and when the documentation team generates the first leg HBL they will now have the option to generate the second leg HBL from the document actions. Release the second leg original with a proper check on whether the first leg HBL is surrendered or not and a credit control check on the customer 

1. MBL for NVOs - No more Word Documents to prepare your MBLs as an NVOCC, just like HBLs now your team can seamlessly generate MBL Drafts with all your data flowing in from the shipment, Share them for approval with your customer, Record their approvals and Release final copies with credit control check from the app itself
   
2. CAN with Charges - You can now send destination and other handling charges advice with the Cargo Arrival Notice itself, no need to generate CAN and then manually attach invoices to share CAN with customers
   
3. Digital Signing of AWB - No more manual signing and stamping of AWB and other air documents. Upload the authorised signatory's sign and stamp in the app once you generate the handover set, the  system will automatically  apply the sign and stamp
   
4. Improved eAWB Performance - we improved the performance of the e-AWB form by introducing auto-width columns in the charge table, enhancing dimension conversion, and streamlining data entry by skipping the charge code during tab navigation
   
5. Empty Offload Letter for NVOs - issuing an offload letter for your inbound container movement is now super easy, instead of issuing individual offload letters you can issue a single offload letter for all the containers of a shipment in one go
   

📈 Improved Booking Order Cancellation and Offload Flow

We have improved the experience of cancelling a shipment to reduce friction and eliminate confusion.

You will now have two actions on a shipment

Cancel Shipment - you can mark a shipment as cancelled without marking the containers and shipment as offloaded. If you are using order management and you want to undo a shipment created by error, you can mark the shipment as cancelled and click on preserve order, which moves the shipment with all it containers back into the order stage and you can create the shipment again with corrections later

Offload Shipment - you can mark a shipment as offloaded in two use cases

• Containers have been picked up but not gated in at port yet and the shipper is asking for a cancellation, containers will be returned back
• Containers have been gate-in at the port and the shipper is asking for cancellation, containers will be returned with the back-to-town procedure applicable to it
